Do not register at this time if you do not agree to the following terms. Your registration acknowledges these terms. Please read in detail:

–Any changes (other than cancellation) to previously confirmed sessions shall be assessed a $45 fee. Transferring sessions is subject to availability.

– Your $300 deposit per camp is non-refundable if you need/choose to cancel after 3 days of your reservation. Refunds (less deposit) will be made if you need or choose to cancel a registration greater than four full weeks prior to the start of that session, for whatever reason you may have. – No refunds will be issued for cancellations made by you for any reason fewer than four weeks prior to the start of a session. However partial credits on your Celsius account (good for 12 months from credit issuance) are available as follows:

• More than 3 weeks (21 days) cancellation notice prior to the start date of the session, a credit for 80% of the total price paid for that session less the $300 non-refundable fee per camp.
• Between 8 and 14 days notice = 50% credit of total price paid per camp less the $300 non-refundable fee per camp.
• Less than 8 days notice, no credit and no refund for any cancellations.

Please Note: We are sorry, but there are no refunds or reduction in fees for days missed due to illness, absence, last minute vacations/trips, change in family circumstance during camp sessions, suspension or dismissal. We always try first to help children adjust. You acknowledge that in the case when a change in behavior by a child is not achieved after warnings and a discussion with a parent, a child will be dismissed from camp and no partial refund will be made. -Can’t make it at all? Turn a lemon into lemonade by donating your unused session to enable a child from the Rafael House family homeless shelter to attend a camp.
